Vedanta Society of Greater Houston reopens on Sunday, Sep. 6, 2026​.

​

We are very happy to announce that apart from the visit by Pravrajika Divyanandaprananji, we have two more programs beginning this month. The details are being finalized, so please be on the lookout for the emails and updates on the website. They are:

​

1. An online class led by our former Resident Monk, Revered Swami Atmarupanandaji Maharaj, taking place on the fourth Saturday of the month. This special session is offered exclusively for VSGH and his Bulgarian devotees. The class will be hosted via Zoom and/or YouTube Live to allow everyone to tune in seamlessly. Details regarding the book and specific topic will be shared shortly.
    

2. A VSGH Sewa (Service) Project of serving bagged food to the homeless on the third Saturday of the month. We are working with another organization which provides temporary shelter to those in need.
   
   9:30 am work begins at the Center on Sat. Sep 19. A certificate for volunteer hours will be provided to participating high school students. 
   
   More details will also be announced shortly. Those interested in volunteering in packing and delivering, please contact us.
